Pillow Fort is one of the flagship beers offered from Turncoat Brewing Company. This beer is a full bodied pale ale, brewed with a healthy dose of oats and wheat. It is a crisp, refreshing, hop forward beer with low bitterness. This beer has a pillowy soft mouthfeel (like snuggling under a pile of pillows) and finishes smooth.. Brewed with Hallertau Blanc and Zamba hops, this beer has tropical fruit notes of pineapple and mango. This one is sure to please craft beer lovers, as well as those new craft beer! Cheers!

Appearance

Rich golden colour, with lively carbonation and low haze.

Aroma

Very fruit forward hop aromas, specifically tropical fruit, ranging from pineapple to mango. Minimal, pleasant malt aromas are also present.

Taste

Crisp and refreshing pale ale with a slightly sweet finish, and low bitterness.

Mouthfeel

Pillowy soft mouthfeel from the addition of oats in the grist. Well rounded and full bodied, while remaining crisp.
